Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual technical information whenever a page is served, including the IP address, the browser and the time. Those records are created by the host as part of running any website. We do not read them, analyze them, or keep a copy, and how long the host retains them is covered by the hosting provider’s own privacy policy.
Forms. The forms on this website, meaning the Setup Package form and the support ticket form, collect your email address, your website address and whatever you write in the message. We keep that for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the work. Form submissions are never used for marketing and are never passed to anyone.
Analytics. This website uses analytics that set no cookies and do not identify individual visitors. No profile is built, nothing follows you to another site, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Email. A message sent to hello@euqin.com sits in our mailbox like any other email.
Euqin Pro is sold through Freemius, who act as merchant of record. Freemius take your payment details, calculate and collect tax, and issue your invoice. We receive your name, your email address and your license details, so that we can deliver updates and answer support tickets. We never see or store payment card details. What Freemius do with the information you give them at checkout is governed by their own privacy policy.
The free Euqin plugin does not send data anywhere. No license check, no usage statistics, no outside service of any kind. Every order, every customer name, every menu and every event detail stays in the WordPress database on your own server.
Euqin Pro checks its license with Freemius so that it can deliver updates. That check identifies the website and the license. Order data, customer data and menu content are never part of it, because the plugin does not hand them to the license check.
If you are in the EU, the UK, or another region with comparable law, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and complain to your national data-protection authority. Write to hello@euqin.com and we answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Any material change is noted in a line at the top of the page for thirty days.
