Euqin Pro is sold through Freemius, who act as merchant of record for that purchase and issue your invoice. Questions about a payment, an invoice or a refund reach us fastest by support ticket, and we deal with Freemius on your behalf.
The Setup Package is a service provided directly by us rather than through Freemius. Its terms sit on the Terms page.
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so no link to it appears here. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Write to us directly and we will sort the problem out.
