What is not included

  • Creating dishes from scratch. Grouping the WooCommerce products you already have is unlimited and included. Building products from a paper or PDF menu is a separate job, quoted separately.

  • Hosting, domains, or installing WooCommerce from nothing
  • Custom development or new plugin features

Who does the work

Every setup is done by the person who wrote Euqin.

Not a support queue, and not a subcontractor. I built the plugin, so I know why every setting exists and which ones your kitchen will actually change later. I have handled everything online for a Hamburg caterer since September 2025, and Euqin runs their orders now.

Setup questions

What does the $650 Setup Package include?

One year of Euqin Pro, a configuration call, your existing WooCommerce products grouped into menus with no dish limit, serving options and tax classes, delivery area and zones, lead-time rules, the wizard styled and placed on your site, the quick-start form, the kitchen print sheet laid out, test orders and a handover call. Live within 72 hours.

A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed, your dishes already in it as products, and admin access for me. Bring your notice periods, your minimum order value, the postcodes you deliver to and your serving options to the call. Nothing needs to be written up in advance.

Grouping products you already have is unlimited and included. Creating products from a paper or PDF menu is a separate job, because the work scales with the length of the menu rather than with the setup. Send me the menu and I will quote that part separately.

The Setup Package assumes you already have a WordPress site with WooCommerce on it. If you do not, building the site is a separate job and not part of this price. Email me with what you have and I will tell you what it would take.

Refundable in full until the configuration call. Once that call has happened the work has started, so it is not refundable after that. The free version of Euqin is complete, so you can run the whole ordering system yourself before deciding to pay for anything.

You get a handover call and thirty days of email support, so anything that surfaces in your first real orders gets fixed. After that you keep the same support every Euqin user gets, through the ticket system, with Pro tickets answered first.

Yes. The Setup Package includes the first year of Euqin Pro. Year two renews at the normal $149, and you can cancel instead. Cancelling stops updates and new features. Cancelling does not stop your ordering system, which keeps running on your own site.
