Everything in Free, plus
One license covers one website. Renews yearly, cancel any time.
Every price on this page is what you pay. No setup fee on Free or Pro, no per-order commission, and no charge that appears later.
Would rather not set it up yourself? The Setup Package puts your whole ordering system live in 72 hours, for $650 once.
The honest part
Euqin Free is a complete catering ordering system, not a trial and not a demo. The free plugin takes real orders from real customers on your own website, with no time limit, no order limit, no cap on dishes, and no feature that stops working after thirty days. A caterer can run a whole season on the free version and never pay anything.
Pro exists because kitchen print sheets, PDF invoices, per-zone delivery fees, order minimums and catalog display are the things caterers ask for after the orders start arriving. Pay when you reach them, and not before.

Accessibility, both languages and the complete ordering flow are in the free version on purpose. A customer who cannot use a mouse should not depend on whether the caterer bought the upgrade.
The question nobody answers
Euqin is a WordPress plugin you install on your own site, so the software stays on your server whether or not the license is current. If a Pro license lapses, Euqin keeps taking orders. What stops is updates, new features and priority support. The ordering system does not stop, and neither does access to a single order you have already taken.
| A monthly platform | Euqin | |
|---|---|---|
| Stop paying | Ordering stops | Ordering continues |
| Your order history | On their server | In your WordPress database |
| Your menu | In their account | In your WooCommerce products |
| Your customer list | Theirs to hold | Yours, already |
| Price changes | Theirs to set | Yours to renew or not |
Renewing is a decision about updates and support. Renewing is not a decision about whether your website can still take an order tomorrow morning.
What it actually costs you
3 min
or three phone calls
Your customer fills in the wizard in about three minutes and you do nothing at all. The same order by telephone costs you an ask, a call back and a confirmation, spread across three days. Ten orders a month is most of a working day you get back.
$149
a year, for Pro
Think of what one average catering order is worth to you. Pro costs less than that, once, and then the whole year is paid for. The free version costs nothing at all, for as long as you want to use it.
The comparison nobody else lets you make
A full catering management suite will do far more than Euqin: event booking, banquet event orders, contracts, proposals, production planning. Worth knowing before you call them: not one of them publishes a price. Every inquiry starts with a demo request and a conversation about your budget. Our prices are the three numbers at the top of this page, and they are the same three numbers for everybody.
The small print, in plain words
FAQ
Yes. Euqin. The free version includes the complete four-step ordering wizard, unlimited dishes and orders, menu groups, occasions, serving options, pickup and delivery, a postcode delivery area, lead-time rules, catering order statuses, emails, both languages and the order dashboard. No trial period and no commission. Pro costs $149 a year.
The best catering software for a small business is the one that matches how the business actually takes orders. A caterer with their own WordPress site needs ordering, not a back-office suite, and pays for a suite they will not use. Euqin handles the ordering side for $149 a year, or nothing at all on the free version.
No. Euqin is free catering ordering software. Euqin does not do staff scheduling, inventory, food costing, accounting or point of sale, which is what catering management software usually means. A caterer who needs those will keep their management tool and use Euqin for the part it does, taking the order on their own website.
No, and deliberately so. The free version of Euqin is not a trial. The free version is the complete ordering system, with no clock and no limits, and you can run your business on it indefinitely. A trial would only cover the five Pro modules. A 14-day refund covers those instead, which is simpler and carries the same protection.
Yes. Every Euqin user gets support through the ticket system, the free version included, and I reply within 24 hours. Pro tickets are answered first. Support is not the thing you pay for. Pro is the five modules.
One website. Euqin has no agency or multi-site tier, because a catering business runs one site. An agency building sites for several caterers buys one license per site, and each license belongs to the caterer who owns that website rather than to the agency that built it.
Nothing happens to your orders. Euqin runs on your own WordPress site, so every order you have taken stays in your database and the ordering wizard keeps working. A lapsed license stops updates, new features and priority support. A lapsed license does not switch your ordering system off.
No. Euqin never takes a percentage of an order, on any plan, including the free one. Customers send their order request to you, and payment happens directly between you and your customer on whatever terms you agree. No money passes through Euqin at any point.
Yes. Install the free plugin, take orders with it for as long as you like, and add Pro whenever print sheets, invoices, per-zone delivery fees, order minimums or catalog display become worth $149 to you. Your existing menu, settings and order history carry over untouched. Nothing is rebuilt.
Install Euqin, build one menu group, and send yourself a test order. Nothing to cancel if you change your mind.
