These terms cover four separate things: using this website, using the free Euqin plugin, buying Euqin Pro, and buying the Setup Package. They are written in plain English, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.
Read it, share it, quote it. Do not attempt to break it. That is the whole of it.
Euqin is released under the GPL version 2 or later. The GPL grants you the right to use the plugin on any number of sites, to modify it, and to redistribute it. Nothing on this page takes any of that away, and if anything here appears to contradict the GPL, the GPL wins.
No warranty. Euqin is provided as it is. It has been tested and it runs a real catering business, but no software is guaranteed against every configuration. Take a backup before installing anything on a live site, including this.
What you buy is a year of updates and priority support for one website, at $149. The code itself is GPL-licensed exactly like the free plugin.
Support runs on tickets and is free on every plan, including the free plugin. A reply arrives within 24 hours. Euqin Pro customers go to the front of the queue.
Support covers Euqin doing what the documentation says it does. Support does not cover writing custom code, fixing conflicts caused by other plugins, or building your website. We will always tell you plainly which of those a problem turns out to be.
What you are buying. A one-off configuration service for $650, which includes one year of Euqin Pro.
What is included. A configuration call. Your existing WooCommerce products grouped into menus, with no limit on how many. Serving options named, priced and assigned to tax classes. Delivery area and zones. Lead-time rules. The ordering wizard styled and placed on your site. The quick-start form. The kitchen print sheet laid out. Test orders run end to end. A handover call. Thirty days of ticket support afterwards.
What is not included. Creating dishes from scratch where no WooCommerce products exist, website design or a rebuild, menu writing, photography or descriptions, hosting, domains, installing WooCommerce, custom development, and ongoing order management.
What we need from you. Administrator access to a working WordPress site with WooCommerce installed, your menu as it currently exists, and your rules, meaning notice periods, minimums, delivery area and serving options. Delivery within 72 hours is measured from the configuration call and depends on having all of that.
Refunds. Refundable in full at any time until the configuration call takes place. Once the call has happened the work has started, and it is no longer refundable.
Your site stays yours. Everything configured sits on your own WordPress installation. Nothing is held back, no part of the configuration expires, and access is handed over in full at the end.
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes and any material change is noted at the top of the page for thirty days. Changes never apply retroactively to a license already bought.
The law of Bangladesh governs these terms and any agreement made under them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country whose law gives you protections that cannot be set aside by agreement, you keep every one of those protections and you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms limits a right you hold by law.
